I took her arm and put it around my neck so I can carry her inside. She was so weak..Taking her things I put her down on the couch.

“Are you okay? What the fuck happened?”

She just sighed and pulled the hood off of her head, looking up at me she spoke.

“I…”

She didn’t finish her sentence and I saw her eyes tearing up. I had no idea things were this bad with her. She looked fucked up, not to mention the scars on her face. She never admitted shit to me but I knew her ass of a boyfriend raised his hand at her not just once. I’m more than sure this time too, it’s all on him.

Seeing the tears running down her face I embraced her in my arms and let her sob onto my shoulder as I slowly rubbed her back. She never let her guard down like this before. I never saw her crying..
